Let’s talk about the “Fear of F-cking Up” or FOFU. A term coined by Sarah in 2018 as she was noticing this positioning in society whereby we get analysis paralysis and never move forward with things that are truly important to who we are as people and business owners.

They dive into how behaviour and past learnings and experiences impact the choices we make. They look at how shame surrounding finances and financial knowledge plays its part in this and sabotages you. This episode, whilst on the shorter side really sets the scene on what Financial Fofu is and how it impacts you in your life and what you can do about it.
